1320 Musings Drag Racing Imagery is starting a new section called 1320 Musings. In an effort to expand the site, I’m including an editorial forum, I have written a few stories in the past for draglist.com and they will be available for your reading pleasure. I also plan to do reviews of races that I attend during the year and any other comments that I would like to get across to the racing community. I belong to the LIARS Model Car Club (Long Island Auto Replica Society) and am a monthly contributor to our newsletter. My column is called 'Some Random Thoughts'. It is informative, straightforward, and at times controversial. I call it like I see it. That’s what I’ll be doing here. I have also written for the magazines Toy Cars and Models as well as Model Cars and the defunct Plastic Fanatic. I recently had an article published in Hemmings Muscle Machines. The story was about S/S racing here on L I in the late 60s and early 70s. Ah, but I want to hear from you too! What’s on your mind? Tell me about your experiences at races past and present.
